DPI expands its presence in Africa with investment in SunCulture

DPI commitment to a cleaner and more sustainable world through renewable energies has being reinforced with an investment in SunCulture, a leading company in solar-powered irrigation water pumps and off-grid solar power systems.

SunCulture’s best-selling product supports irrigation for a two-and-a-half acre farm and up to four lights, two phones and a plug-in submersible water pump.

With the current funding, from investors including Dream Project Incubators (DPI), Energy Access Ventures (EAV), Électricité de France (EDF), and Acumen Capital Partners (ACP) , SunCulture will expand its footprint in Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Zambia, Senegal, Togo and Cote D’Ivoire.

DPI believes that this new investment will ultimately have a great impact in the lives of thousands of individuals in Africa through off-grid energy solutions.

We continue to  strive to make a better world through clean energy availability in developing regions.
