Thomas Leung

Mr. Leung has 28 years experiences in capital market regulatory and investment banking, and was the Managing Director of Bank of China International previously.

He acted as the alternate chief executive of a restricted license bank, and as a listing sponsor principal and responsible officer registered in HK. He advised and arranged project financing for nuclear, LNG CCGT, and coal-fired power plant projects, as well as petrochemical complex, container terminal, airport freight forwarding center, and toll road projects.

Mr. Leung arranged more than 100 financing transactions, including IPOs, fixed income issues, syndicated financing, and other types of fundraising, with an aggregate financing amount over USD47 billion.
